I bought my first pair at a thrift store to go along with an 80s rock party costume. The shoes felt so right that I ordered a pair the day after the party. The price was decent, and the shoes arrived quicker than I expected.

I like a boot type shoe. I also liked the looks of this shoe. It has a thicker sole which is most comforable. The general construction of this shoe is quality in my opinion.

Soft and pliable sole. I think it's more water-resistant / water-proof than A leather sole. Zipper is quick and works well.
Wears this shoe: all the time, work. weekends.

I bought these shoes as a Christmas gift for myself and have been very pleased with them. They are very comfortable. While they don't have arch support, the shoe has enough padding to make long walks enjoyable for this flat-footed guy. I really like the design of the shoe as well, but I think it goes better with jeans than more formal wear. A great buy if you can get 10% off by signing up and find shoebuy.com's frequent 20% off coupon. Very prompt shipping by Shoebuy - I will definately be back for more.
