To have a rainy day shoe that can be worn with either sporty or business dress clothing. Thus far, I have not had the opportunity to wear the shoe on a rainy, wet day.

As one reviewer noted, the toe appears more narrow in the photos than it is. No big deal. I am very pleased with them. They're comfortable for standing and walking. If you want something that looks and feels good on your feet -- and is waterproof, too, -- then I recommend these Top-Siders.

The shoe has a slightly more rounded toe than what I recall from the photo. Otherwise, It is very comfortable ans suits my needs well. This also was my first experience with Shoebuy and I was very pleased. I will likely be back.

I chose this shoe for one simple reason, it looks good and offers versatility. I needed somthing I could dress up or down but be able to wear in all weather conditions. Being in sales I spend alot of time on my feet so comfort is key. Being water proof and having a rubber sole was very important but so many shoes that offer that look very big and ackward. These are still sleek like a dress loafer should be. Lastly being "Sperry" you know they will stand up. I own six pairs of various sperry models and they truly stand the test of time. Luv Em!!
