I've been an abid user of this product since I was a teenager, When I was in Guam the department store carry this shoes but the width are ll "D". When I came to AZ. I didn't see the department stores including Walmart was not carrying this brand and type of boots, since I was a savvy internet user I surf the internet that's where I found your website

Purchased because I have other Florsheim footwear and have had good service. However, this dress boot has a very thin sole, whiich I dislike. Normally I wear a C or D width, but I purchased a EEE width because of reviews that indicated they run very narrow. And I have found that to be correct. Do not know how durable they will be due to the short time I have owned them.

I like a good looking dress boot that covers the ankle and zips-up the side. The ankle portion of the socks are then concealed at all times and I don't have to bother with laces which I think look dorky anyway.

A Bit Surpised

I was a bit surprised by the finish of boot. I thought the leather would be smooth like the old Rafe style (which they no longer offer unfortunately), but these have a grainy texture. They definitely run small and tight, so make sure you account for that when ordering. The heels were also higher than I expected, but I've come to like that.

I have been wearing this boot for over 20 years. Great price at shoebuy.com. This is a classic, all-American style and very well made. Higher heel gives you an inch up on tall guys and leather polishes up nicely. These boots look nice with jeans or slacks. I wear mine to work (business casual dress code) and while on travel. Zipper allows for easy on/off and minimizes the time in airport tsa lines.

It's ok!!. This shoe order was to replace an older shoe of the same brand and size. Colored black. Maybe I'll order the brown next time.

This boot did feel true to size because I have a EEE width and bought the boot a half size larger. I have this boot in black also. After you have worn it/broken it in it is perfect.
