I bought these shoes for work but they are too small and narrow for me to slide my foot into them. I actually had to force my foot into them, despite being a true size 7 and have bought this brand many times before.Admittedly they are gorgeous shoes, but I had to get a size larger and the first pair were quickly adopted by someone else!

I bought these shoes for nursing, needing something comfortable for all day wear. The shoes are lovely, but the size 7 is a little difficult for me to get into - and once that was achieved, they seemed to be too narrow (and all my shoes are size 7!). I would suggest getting a half size larger unless you have time to struggle into a pair of great-looking shoes to work in.

I love Merrell shoes! I bought this shoe for comfort since I am just beginning to walk after my second ankle surgery. The shoes fit perfectly the first day with no pinching anywhere. I wore them to the opening of a new business in town and I forgot all about my feet! They are extremely comfortable. The quality is excellent and well worth the price. This is my second pair of Merrell shoes, and I loved the first pair just as much.

I have enjoyed these shoes so much that I have ordered a second pair. I always wear them when I am flying, they are easy to remove, very light weight and the rubber sole makes them comfortable for extensive walking. They are attractive to wear with slacks or jeans, they almost look like I have on boots. I highly recommend them, most Merrell shoes are very comfortable!
Wears this shoe: I wear them in the fall, winter ,and when I'm flying.

While the fit of all three pairs was very good, the manufacture of the shoes was extremely poor. 1st pair - within less than 6 months sole came apart/unglued and leather along the bottom connected to sole chipped/flaked off and was unraveling. 2nd pair - material is not evenly tucked in, sole is not completely glued on and is loose, bottom side material above sole is coming apart and not well made. I'm returning them back. 3rd pair - one month old, while the sole did not look straight it was completely glued and is so far holding up well.

I bought this shoe because I wanted something a little more stylized to wear with dress slacks but with the Merrell sturdy comfort. The first day, I wore them for a couple of hours, and they did need a little breaking in time that day, but since then, they are one of my favorite shoes. They are sturdy, support my feet well, and the fabric along the top provides an adequate vent and stretch to get my high arch into them, not something I can usually do in a shoe that is cut so high up on the foot. I love them.
Wears this shoe: Work (where I walk a lot), and just about everywhere else.

The Spire Moc is a comfortable but I wish it had a more cushiony bottom in the ball area of the foot. I stand at work for 6-8 hours and need more cushion in that area.

Love these shoes. They feel great on my feet & fit perfectly with lots of support. Only regret is that is that they do not come in Brown because I would purchase a pair in each color.

Fit like a glove when first tried on. A lot of cushioning adds a spring to my step. A classy-looking shoe with clean lines; stays on super with the elastic at the top.
