I bought this boot for work, I do a lot of walking around in my job and did not need something in a high heel to the boot or up to my knee. I like the boot because it went only up to the ankle,had a low heel, but will keep my feet warm in the winter time. My only wish is that you would have size 5-5 1/2 which is my size feet, and in dfferent colors besides black. I can't wait to wear the boots.

This shoes are wonderful warm and comfortable. When first trying it, it felt a little bit narrow but after having worn it some times it is absolutely o.k. A great shoe for wet and cold weather!

I have purchased this brand before and it has been a reliable boot for 2 to 3 seasons of cold and snow. They kept my feet warm and helped prevent a fall on the ice because of the non-slip sole. I wear them almost 7 months a year so they have to fit well and be comfortable. Toe Warmers work well for my situation and I would recommend it to anyone. I particularly like the ability to tie the shoe instead of slip on or velcro. It makes for a better fit, especially when wearing a thick sock in winter.
Wears this shoe: Fall and Winter - 7 to 8 months a year.

I've had Toe Warmers before for years, and have been very happy with them. Since we don't get much snow here in central NJ anymore, I decided to get shorter boots, and am happy with them. I know that when we do get some snow or really cold temps, I've got a cute little boot to wear.

Frustrated

I really used to love this shoe style and size. They were always comfortable, and I could wear them all day in all conditions. Unfortunately, in the last two years, quality control has gone horribly awry. Last year I bought the usual size I always wear. After three expensive visits to the local shoe repair, I was finally able to wear the shoes for more than one hour without having to take some serious pain medicine. This year, I thought I'd get clever and buy them a size wider. Now I swim in the shoes, even when I wear two thick pairs of socks.This is most irritating, as I have worn the shoe and feel that I can not return it this condition.Why is the Toe Warmers company not being more careful in it's release of it's product? What is wrong with the buyers who won't force the standard of quality? And why won't the factory, who produces the product, use better inspectors? How can I be assured that the sizes will be standard in future?

I've been meaning to write to say how much I like the boots. I bought them for my Alaska cruise/tour in May. They are really comfortable and look great. I previously bought a pair of dress boots from a catalog. They were made in Canada, not China. The quality and fit were awsome so I looked specifically for Toe Warmers for that reason.

These boots were replacements for a pair I already own. They fit perfectly and will be saved for use next winter. They are excellent to wear in snow and ice and keep my feet warm in the winter. You can walk comfortably with them and your feet don't feel confined or overheated. The price was less than my local shoe store was charging and the shipment arrived quickly, and well packaged.

I had been searching for just the right kind of lightweight boot, waterproof and in wide width. I'm delighted with the style and construction of this boot as it can be worn sporty and with a dress or skirt. They are perfect for me and have sufficient room for my toes and keep them warm!! They are very comfortable and stylish, it is difficult to find these qualities in wide width.

These boots look fine under casual pants. They are comfortable even though I teach and am on my feet a lot. They seem warm and dry for outdoor wear with reasonable traction in snow.

Bought these for walking our dog when it is cold and somewhat messy outside. They have been great - no getting used to. The top part of the shoe soft making it comfortable next to the ankles.

I do like these Toe Warmer boots. They really do keep your feet warm and they are not clunky or heavy to wear. Since they are a little dressier looking than most boots, they go well with just about anything.

Normaly I wear a whole size smaller. Only by reading product reviews at other sites carrying Toe Warmers,did I learn that the model I wanted ran a size smaller than marked and was advised to buy the next size. They are very comfortable.
