I bought this boot because it was the only boot in my size, 13, that was suitable for the snow. It is very stiff feeling, but I'll just be walking into work in it or shoveling, not hiking, so it should be comfortable enough. You have to close the flap carefully, and I am a bit worried that snow will get down in there. But I am happy with the warmth and ruggedness.

This is my third pair of this particular winter boot.I bought the first and second pair locally, but the store no longer carries it. They are lightweight and warm and easy on/off. I like the low-cut style that fits under not over pants. And they really are waterproof. My only complaint is the velco on my last pair didn't always want to stay closed.
Wears this shoe: Winter-back & forth to work and on weekends.

This is my second pair-bought another pair several years ago for a much higher price elsewhere. Walmart carries these boots for higher price. I wear these boots when I shovel snow, walk to exercise class, go into the city on snowy days. I put in a gym shoe insole for extra comfort for walking. I've worn them in below zero cold and kept warm.

This is a warm, waterproof, comfortable boot! However, after a day of walking and standing in Portland, at the end of my first week of ownership, the footbed liner on one boot had come unglued and started working its way into a permanent wrinkle. My friend who has the exact same boots says this is unusual. If a cobbler here can't fix it, I will return and get another pair.

I purchased this boot because it is apparent it's a very high-quality product that can be used when there is not much snow, and for warmth as well. Being older, I especially appreciate the Velcro closure. It's a very comfortable boot, too. Also, since I wear a very hard-to-find size, it was great to find a boot that met my needs. It is, however, slightly too wide in the back part of the foot, but I think that is because of my foot structure. The front portion fits quite well, and, overall, this was the best size for me.
Wears this shoe: Will wear for warmth and when snow is not too deep.

I purchased this boot because I liked the looks and front opening of theboot. I am returning the Toe Warmers Active Boot because it is not as comfortable as I had hoped. It feels too heavy and awkward when I walkin it. That said, it is easy to pull on and attractive-just not the boot for mewith my wide feet.

Couldn't live without these boots when the colder weather comes. They're the only boots that keep my feet warm. Also like that they are lightweight, easy to walk in, and provide great ankle support no matter what terrain you are in. The velcro is a definite plus; especially after walking in snow. No worries about frozen zippers, etc.

Ordered a half size larger as suggested in reviews and was glad I did because they fit perfectly. Got the boots to take on a ski trip. They were just what I needed for walking around in the snow. They are comfortable, warm and stylish.

I bought a pair of these ToeWarmers at the beginning of the winter season. I bought a half size larger than I usually wear since the reviews said they ran small. The half size larger is a good fit. I've worn them quite a bit as we've had a lot of cold/snowy/icy weather this winter. They are comfortable and warm for long dog walks and secure on icy parking lots. Very easy to get on and off. I was very pleased with these shoes. My last ToeWarmers are 11 years old and still serviceable, so I can recommend the brand.
Wears this shoe: Cold, snow, icy weather and anytime the temp is below freezing.

I own the same kind of boots and decided to give a pair to my mother. Easy to maintain. Warm. Good grip on ice. Comfy. Ok with sport clothes but good enough for good pants days.
