The shoes are very comfortable for all of my daily needs. I would like to have them in black. I will purchase another pair, if they prove to be durable.

I walk four miles a day and found the MX 608 to be perfect for this activity. It combines great arch support with a good heel counter and seems to be standing up well. Thanks to New Balance for producing different widths. True to size.

I have always bought MX608 in white and was glad to see it in brown. The 608 is hard to find in retail stores, and if so I could never find my size. I like to wear the brown 608 in the fall and winter, and the white for the spring and summer; kind of like don't wear white after Labor Day! Great shoe for all around wear and very comfortable, requires no break in.

This shoe is about 1/2 size smaller than normal shoe size. I bought 1 full size larger than normal and found it was a little too big. Nice ankle support, nice arch, and nice materials. Good shoe!

I like everything about this shoe. But, when it gets down to it. It's fit that matters most. I have a short fat foot with a high instep. This shoe conquers all three problems. I knew it from the get go. Was so sure they wouldn't be going back. Took my pooch for a walk right after putting them on.

I have worn New Balance now for years and I could not find this model in local stores. The size ordered fit just as good as it had three or four years ago. I work on a concrete floor for an eight hour shift and these shoes take my custom orthotics and feel great!

Needed a good walking shoe that can handle more than sidewalks and parking lots, but did not need to be a hiking shoes. Also needed softer sole to protect my feet from impact.The 608 is filling the bill very well plus deliver was quick.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Gives very good ankle support even though it is not A high-rise shoe. "Dressy" enough that you can also wear the shoe on "dressdown day" at work.

Very good all around casual shoe. Not easy to lace properly. This is my second pair, and they are hard wearing and the color avoids the usual look-at-me appearance.

Great looking shoe and well built. Shoes seems narrower than a 4E width and slightly heavier than most shoes this style. Overall, generally pleased with this shoe, just wish that they would have fit a little better, especially near the toe section.
