Good winter boots for inclement weather

I was looking for a pair of winter boots to wear in below freezing inclement weather. Those shoes needed to be comfortable, waterproof and with robust insulation against cold. They also needed to be black in order to fit with jeans and a winter parka, as well as a something more formal, such as a suit. I purchased these boots based their look and characteristics. They are solid and have the utility of military combat boots. I was not disappointed when I unwrapped them after they arrived by mail. Timberland did an excellent job with these boots that give you much for their price. A hundred and twenty dollars is no small sum for most of us mere mortals. Your money will be well spent on these Timberlands.

Awesome comfort right out of the box. Needs a little more cushion though; may need an insert.

The "After Dark" color is not dark brown but Black. They should just call it Black to avoid confusion. This boot takes a while to break in but with some good insoles they are fast becoming my favorite. Steel toe is wide enough and the leather over the toe cap is holding up so far.

This is my third pair of these. I purchase a pair annually for work.Been using these to climb phone poles for the past 3 years.They take a lot of abuse.Feet are always comfortable even when standing on a pole for extended periods or digging holes. Always get these real fast from Shoebuy.com

Fit my foot good, but blustered my ankle

Very nice boot. Good fit, but blistered my right ankle on the first wear. The sole is deep lug, but the material itself is very slippery on frozen surfaces.
