They feel very soft and supportive. They wash well, but remember to turn them inside out when you put them in. I put mine in the dryer, but I notice that they get little balls on them when my mother in law drip dries them, so i think the dryer works well. I would recommend them.

These socks are cute as can be, warm, but not thick, soft, and comfortable. There is no bulk at the toe area. I appreciate socks that come in sizes because the one size fits all are always too small for me. I wear a shoe size 9W and the size Medium sock fits well. I got the Natural color. It is darker than on the computer. The lighter areas are an oatmeal color, not off white.

I had heard about Smartwool socks and decided to order online since I had been unable to find my size in stores.I was not disappointed. These are the most comfortable socks I have ever owned. Even on warm days, my feet remain cool. I have since ordered Snartwool running socks and am just as happy with that purchase.

My daughter-in-law told me about these socks. I bought 4 pair and worn no other socks since. (I have to buy more.) They keep your warm or cool as needed. Your feet don't perspire. You actually could wear them more than 1 day because of the antibacterial stuff in them. I think the Margarita pattern is so cute. My husband told me about 6 times how cute my socks were. Yes!

Lightweight yet warm, cute and bright, well made but I don't like all the long ends inside. Haven't had them long enough to judge how well they will wear and wash but so far so good.

My friends have been wearing Smart Wool socks for years. Now that I've bought my first pair, I'll be wearing them from now on. They cuddle your feet and don't slip down at all. Besides,these cute stripes go with most everything!

I bought these socks to wear at Winter Camp. I wear them all the time. I would heartily recommend them to anyone in any cold climate situation. They are warmer than your average sock without making your feet sweaty, yet thin enough (and stylish enough) to wear with dress shoes for work. My freezing feet dilemma has finally been solved! I plan to get more smart wool next winter to expand my warm winter wardrobe. Also, they do not pinch at the top, but stay up just fine. True to size.
