First let me state that I am an Allen-Edmonds fan and have been for years. The Maxfield purchase I recently made was great. These are quality shoes which fit me properly and I expect to provide me with years of service.

I have had other Allen Edmonds shoes with which I was pleased and these are no exception. Like the other pair, I expect them to be comfortable and good looking for a long time.

The Allen-Edmonds Maxfield is a well-made stylish shoe.I particularly like the black/brown combination as it goes so well with many of my clothes. The shoe is substantial and will very likely stand up well to repeated uses. My size (13 narrow) is almost impossible to find in even the better shoe stores and ordering on line helps to solve that problem.

Allen-Edmonds are the only brand of shoe my husband wears. Great surprise for him. I knew his size, ordered it....true to the history of all his other shoes, he slipped them on and went on his way.

Purchased these after having one pair previously. Allen-Edmonds makes an excellent pair of shoe that fit and do not need to be broke in like other shoes. I can wear these day after day and I do not get the tried feet feeling.

AE's are the best. I only buy AE for dress and formal wear because the fit and finish are top notch. I definitely pays to buy quality.Nice touches with the braiding around the edges but not too casual for work.

Sharp looking loafer. Saw it at Nordstrom but decided to see if I could get a better price online. It has a refined but casual look to it. And Allen Edmonds always makes a fine, long-lasting shoe.
