Shoes are still not a daily necessity, but when our little guy needs to wear shoes, he always wants his fire engines. He doesn't argue about having to put on his shoes, and putting them on is easy with the velcro. The shoes appear well constructed, as I have always found with Stride Rites. I figure they must feel fine, because there are no complaints.
Wears this shoe: Whenever he needs to wear shoes.

I was excited to find toddler shoes that come in widths. These were a huge hit with a 23 month old boy. Even having so much white on them I would get them again in a heart beat. For a child who loves vehicles and lights these are perfect.

The fire-truck has lights that flash when the kids walk - now that's cute! I thought the shoe just had lights, but the lights are actually part of the fire-truck. Nice. As always, Stride Rite shoes are sturdy and comfortable for little feet.

I was very pleased with this shoe. It fits my son perfectly. He is very fussy about shoes and just loves them. The price was right as well. We will definately use Shoebuy again in the near future.

I'm a big fan of Stride Rite shoes for my kids because of the fit, the availability of wide widths, and the overall quality. My 3 year old has been wearing this pair daily for about 4 months now, and they still look great. The only improvement they could use is slightly longer straps for the velcro. I don't have a problem pulling them over to fasten, but my son does.

This is our 4.5 yr. old's second pair of Fire Truck Shoes. He was so sad when his first pair had to be retired after 1.5 yrs. We have always bought Stride Rite shoes of our 2 boys. My 1.5 yr will need new shoes soon and he would love a pair just like his big brother. Great quality and fit, velcro, lights what more could you ask for?
