Perfect fit for an extra wide foot

My 9 year old has super wide feet. I saw the Stride Rite brand and got 2 pairs, white and black. He loves them. The fit is perfect and they look "cool."

I've bought this shoe before for my son's school uniform. Then tried a few other brands. Had to come back to Stride Rite. They are the only ones that last. They always fit right. The don't wear out, he outgrows them instead. Can't say that about the other brands. I plan to just keep buying this shoe until he outgrows their available sizes. No more shopping around.

Son Joe has a wide foot, so find limited choices in stores, and he often preferred old, worn shoes to new ones. Since this shoe arrived, he wears it all the time.

My son is in 3rd grade and wears a 6 Wide shoe. We have to dress in uniforms for school and this is a great shoe! He plays outside and this is such a nice shoe and holds up well as he has been wearing this style since 1st grade.

I bought these sneakers for P.E. for my daughter's school. They shipped quickly and sneakers were in pristine condition. I'd bought Stride Rite shoes often but never sneakers. These are well made and my daughter finds them very comfortable. It's an anytime sneaker, not just for school. I only buy leather sneakers and these are quite economical. My sister recommended this site and it's been everything she promised it would. I'd buy these again and definitely from Shoebuy.com.

Not wide at all!

This shoe says it is extra wide, but the minute I looked at it, I knew it was not wide at all. My soncould not even get it on his foot. Another pair of shoes that need to be returned because the shoe is not as described by the manufacturer. If this is extra wide width, I can't even imagine how narrow the "regular" width is.
