I needed a ankle boot to wear on a trip to Lithuania--and this one fit the bill! Comfortable from the very beginning and I wore it everyday. I did tons of walking too.
Wears this shoe: Anytime I need to walk long distances in rain, snow or even nice weather.

I like the boots. They are light weight, comfortable and I am hoping they last me for a few years in all this Chicago snow. I bought them on line because they are all sold out in Chicago.

I was looking for a comfortable pair of outdoor shoes for wet, snowy and cold weather. I am relying on the description of the shoes because I have yet to wear them outdoors. I walked around my house in them and the complaints that I have are that they are not neat looking on the feet, that they are not comfortable around my ankles and that the shoestrings became untied as I walked in them. I am sorry that I did not purchase a pair of the work boots type instead.

I bought these boots as a gift for Christmas, so I'm really not sure yet how the person will rate them. I'm assuming the boots will fit just fine. They looked great when I received them. Wanted a boot that could be worn in New England type winter weather. I don't think they will be disappointed.

I was looking for a hiking boot. Talked with a number of people and Timberland came up as a very good investment. I took the chance and am glad I did. Although I have yet to take them on a hike, the shoes are very comfortable and needed little break-in time. I am looking forward to giving them a true "walk" for their money.
