I bought these socks because they were recommended on a web sight on walking.They lived up to their recommendation for absorbing perspiration effectively and for having extra padding at just the right places when walking. They are also attractive to look at and quite comfortable to wear.

These Thorlo socks are great! The anklet is high enough above the shoe to prevent heel blisters and the arch support feels fabulous. They're comfy, too! I love 'em and would leave for my walk without wearing them.

Nice, thick comfy socks feel secure not tight. No seams so they won't leave marks or feel like somethings in your shoe! I highly recommend them to anyone with even the slightest foot ailment. They're very absorbent so your feet feel cool and dry all day (which was an issue for me what with standing on my feet all day at work). What more could I say..seeing is believing so try them out for yourself.

These socks are fantastic for a variety of activities, from strenuous work out to just wearing for running errands. Padding that prevents blisters or chafing in any area. Plus, if your feet are narrow or medium width they will help your shoes fit better than ever before! Wide widths may not appreciate this as much, but I'm sure the socks will help them avoid blisters as well.

I use this style of Thorlo sock when my walking shoes are first being broken in as it has a think cushion. Once my shoes stretch I switch to a moderate cushion Thorlo sock for best comfort. These really wick the sweat from my feet when doing my daily aerobic walking. Great buy for the money and you cannot beat the comfort.

I purchased a pair of these socks out of town at an athletic shoe store...came home and checked all over town for the same sock but no one had them, so I ordered more from Shoebuy. They are the most comfortable socks I've every worn; I never dreamed the band across the arch would make such a difference. I highly recommend them!

These are such great socks. If I had to pick a negative it is that they do not stay white because they are not to be bleached. Other than that, they are the best.
