I am 100% pleased with the purchase of this shoe. I have worn it several times since receiving it and gotten many compliments. I find it to be very comfortable especially for my heels, which have become somewhat sensitive over the years.

I have five pairs of these Rikas in different colors and I love them! I wore them all last winter because I was pregnant and couldn't get anything else on my feet. My two year old would fasten them for me. My son is now four months old and I keep wearing them.

I love this shoe so much that I wear it almost exclusively. I have purchased the same shoe other places also, wherever I find it on sale, so I have multiple pairs! I started with the Black Versa Mary Jane and decided to try the White, and now I'm hooked on the white. Very comfortable, gives great walking support for me (and I do lots of walking and bicycling), and I do not have to break the shoe in at all. I think it looks sporty yet modern and unique, and I like it with white sports socks because it looks better than a tennis shoe. You have to love it.

Pumping iron with Mary Jane

I'm in the gym five days a week, and on three of those days, I "pump iron" in a choreographed class. Having used my cross trainers for at least a year, it was time to replace them. At first, I buzzed right past the RYKA Mary Janes, figuring they were a poor choice for some moves, especially lunges. However, another reviewer wore the same shoe for her weight training and thought highly of them. Well, that was good enough for me, and I took the plunge. As advised, I ordered a half size up from my usual, and the larger size fits very well. Unfortunately, I can't wear my inserts with the Mary Janes because my heels slip out on the lunges, but the shoes are supportive and comfortable even without the inserts. For my money, this footwear was a wise purchase. And they're pretty cute too!
