Developed for an array of training challenges, this low-profile, dual foam lock-in system offers elite cushioning partnered with medial arch support that keeps the foot from collapsing while providing natural flex. Upper engineered layers provide support while still allowing the foot to flow easily during quick or isolated movements in all directions.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

love this shoe for Jazzercise. It is my 3rd pair. Nice and wide in the toebox and lots of cushion for bouncing in the heal

I teach group exercise classes of many varieties and love Ryka shoes. These are excellent for barbell classes like BodyPump and have a stiff enough sole for cycling. They also have great side-to-side stability for step and kickboxing style classes. My only complaint is that they slip a bit in the heel when my leg is back for lunges. I'm not sure if going a half size smaller would help with that, but I always buy a size 9 in Ryka shoes. They're nice looking and the black and white combo means they'll go with any outfit I choose to wear, which is important to me.

This was the first time I tried Ryka's and will definitely buy them again. They fit well and are very comfortable. I really like the color I purchased (bright blue).
Wears this shoe: I alternate with my other shoes for daily activity.
