The new Ryka design for this shoe has made it fit much truer to size. I have always had to go a size up with these shoes but now they fit my size 8 exactly.

I have bought several ryka shoes before and i really like them for all my aerobic classes. These shoes fit good and are good except for the insoles were coming apart the very first time i wore them. They feel like you have gravel in your shoes. When i took them off there was black gravel like stuff in the bottom and turned my socks black in places. They did this the next two times i wore them. I took the insoles out and bought my own. Its a shame i had to do this for a new pair of shoes.

When I first slipped this shoe on, I could not believe how lightweight it felt! The heel was a bit wide, but these seem to be easy to cinch up nice and tight. For a mid top, the ankle support is a little softer than I am used to.I also prefer more forefoot cushion, so already have put in new inserts. Why put up with the negatives? These shoes are incredibly light weight!I work out at home on carpet, so it is easy to catch a toe. These are so light, they really make a difference in lifting my feet.My feet want to move quickly! For me, that was a huge benefit that made the negative aspects well worth working with.

First Ryka shoe purchased for Jazzercise. Very light and comfortable. Ordered another Ryka style in a 10 M which was too short and narrow from another seller before I found this site. It is non returnable. Since I am a size 10 and Ryka is known to run small, there are very few styles to choose from that come in a 10 1/2 which this one does but I didn't need it since it is true to size. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 to 10 M.

I have tried several types of shoes for my bootcamp class; Ryka beats them all!! I always come back to Ryka. They are very comfortable and work very well with the lateral moves and ups and downs in my class.
