I bought these primarily to use when doing high impact aerobics/kick-boxing. My knees were starting to bother me quite a bit during my workouts, and someone recommended I try the Ryka brand shoe. I love them so far and noticed an immediate difference with my knees. They are very lightweight but offer a lot of support. Although I usually size up a half size in running shoes, I purchased my "regular" size (8) and they fit perfectly. The toe box on these shoes is quite wide and spacious, so I feel like this is why I didn't have to go up a half size. I highly recommend these shoes!

This sneaker is very well made and comfortable to wear. I have issues with my feet and have found that this particular sneaker provides excellent support and cushioning.

I like the looks, the comfort, first shoe that actually fits true to my large size 11 feet. I wear these to gym classes and they are very comfortable and move well. I have not tried them for aerobics yet but weight training classes they hold well to the floor and heel doesn't pull up in lunges. I am very happy with this sneaker as all my rykas. Best brand around for me.
