High performance, lightweight shoe developed for the avid runner looking for moderate Q-Angle support. Features N²-DM™ heel shock absorption combined with the cushioning needed for a smooth ride. The Ortholite® footbed adds extra comfort and the lightweight molded EVA midsole features N²-DM™ at lateral heel to provide energy return, rebound and impact protection while the S.G.S.™ offers moderate medial support. The five-piece skeletal solid rubber outsole has ergonomic touch points that deliver superior traction on any surface and the forefoot flex grooves provide accurate traction for an ultra-light ride.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

This is my fifth pair of Rykas. They seem to be the only shoe I can get to fit me and my ortho inserts. This shoe doesn't seem to have as much support as the others I have, but it is still comfortable on my fussy feet. The roomy toe box and nylon inserts are great with my bunion.

I like these shoes and spend a lot of time in them. Support feels good. I wear a 9? so ordered that. My big toes comes right to the end when I stand, but it's not uncomfortable. Just have to keep my nails short!!
Wears this shoe: Walking, shopping, lite jogging, house cleaning, to the office.

I got these Rykas in the black with the detox blue highlights. I usually do better with a wide but these were just fine in my usual 8M. They look good cuz I usually wear black bottoms to the gym. I had no break-in time needed, have worn them every day for over a week with no problems at all. Highly recommend, even tho when you look inside the shoe you see it is a Kelly Ripa shoe.
Wears this shoe: daily, to the gym and just running around town.
