I am an avid walker. I don't run as I have a knee replacement, however, these shoes instantly made me want to run. I have now begun jogging. Yes, they are rated as 'walking shoes' but they could be both. Thank You Ryka.

The shoes fit well and help with my high arch. They keep my toes from rubbing on the top and creating blisters. Ryka is the brand for me.
