I am new to Jazzercise and had tried different sneakers to help me cope with the pounding on my feet. This shoe feels great it provides me the support I need to be able to make it to 4 classes a week.

I am an avid exerciser: I do kick boxing, step aerobics & weight training but was previously using a running shoe for all my activities. This shoe has made a tremendous difference in my workouts since I no longer get sore feet from my strenuous workouts. I highly suggest this shoe for those that do not run for their active lifestyles.

Actually, I was disappointed to only have black to choose from but they are wonderfully comfortable shoes. I do step aerobics and sports conditioning so need my shoes to fit well and comfortably. They were perfect. The cushion for the bottom of your feet is quite superior to other under $100 priced shoes.
