This is my first pair of Rykas. Love them. Very comfortable. I normally am a 8 1/2, but based on other reviews, I ordered a size up (9) and they are perfect. I'm able to do aerobics and dance classes in these. Much better support them my regular sneakers gave me. Plus they look great, too.

I was so comfortable in the first pair I had to buy a second pair to switch out! From the get go, it was comfy - initially slightly snug but took about one hour to be perfect. Fits for women with narrow heel and broader toe span and alleviates my need to wear a toe spacer for arthritis. If they discontinue this show I will be very distressed. Great to wear around, walking, running, gym - perfect.

I've had 2 pairs of Ryka shoes - walking and running. I was doing my cardio (well, all my exercising) in the running shoes. The XTs are much better! It's easier to keep my weight on my heels when I need to, and they just feel better. I'll definitely be ordering another pair!
