Product Description (Women's Ryka Assist XT)
This low cut training shoe has a synthetic, air mesh, and high density foam upper, a removable molded Nitracel® footbed with an EVA strobel board, a compression molded EVA midsole with a Nitracel® forefoot metatarsal for cushioning, an N-Gage® heel cradle, and a solid rubber outsole with forefoot flex grooves.

I already owned a pair of Ryka training shoes and found them to be some of the most comfortable shoes. This pair did not disappoint. They provide the support I need and I had no problems walking for several miles in them, both on an indoor track and outside on blacktop. I highly recommend Ryka as a brand and these shoes specifically to any active woman.

I had to order this shoe online because the stores did not carry my size (11). I had tried on the 10 in the store and liked the feel overall. It is comfortable and stable.

I ordered these shoes to wear during my workouts, which sometimes involve lots of jumping and side-to-side motion. These are the best workout shoes I have found in a long time. I usually wear a size 10 and had to get a 10 1/2 in these shoes. I plan to order another pair. They were well worth the hassle of sending the size 10's back and re-ordering a half size up.

I teach Body Pump and bought this because of the red color. It is a good shoe for training. I have not used them for cardio, but I would use an orthotic in it if I did.
