I had wanted a nice-looking leather luggage tag to complement my luggage, and one where my address would not be easily seen by someone snooping around the bags. When I received the tags (I had ordered two of them), I was delighted in every aspect of them. The one thing I could not review was the acid test -- how they would hold up to baggage handlers. It did not take long for me to find out -- on the second trip (Air Tran), my suitcase came onto the belt: the strap was still in tact, buckled around the handle; but the tag had been torn off. If the tag will not hold up past two air flights, it doesn't do much good. I gave it a second star because it looked good. As long as you don't let others handle your bag, it will be fine.
