I have two pairs of the Ros Hommerson Maple style (simple ballet flat with a thin tie bow), which has been discontinued. They have always been comfortable and great for all season wear with skirts and slacks.I wanted a pair in the pewter shade. Tried the Mercy for something different than a ballet flat, but the fit was not right for me. They seemed wide (and I don't have a narrow foot) and the open toe cut a bit.So I decided to try these, since the style is similar to the Maple. They feel just as comfortable as the Maple, right out of the box. I love the look with the petal effect. Really cute.The pewter is a great neutral shade for year round wear and can be dressed up or dressed down. It's a very versatile style.

The edge of the shoe that hits the ankle, cups in too much (should be looser, the bach seam rounds in too much) and irritates the back of the ankle.....I am hoping that this eases up with wear, otherwise I love the shoe.

I was disappointed and rated this shoe based on the fit- the fit is great but the quality of the top of the shoe and the soul of the shoe is good but the heel would need to be changed to rubber - as the current heel is plastic like and very slippery on surfaces...Also, the color is not a true bronze - but more of a dark golden color - I will return this shoe.

I ordered a 9WW. I was squeezing my feet into 9W (Naturalizer) and it wasn't wide enough or I was just in denial. I usually wear 9 1/2D New Balance sneakers. I tried these shoes on and I didn't feel any squeezing of my bunions and the length was good. The shoe made my feet look narrower! The sides of the shoe cover my foot nicely. There's no "gaping" on the sides. I put a thin liner in the shoe since I don't wear nylons. I changed the heel to a rubber heel because I didn't like the loud "clackity clack" while walking on the floor at work. I would buy this shoe again. Thank you.
