Nice leather, perfect heel height. Ordered regular size (8 1/2) in wide width and shoe was too large. May try 1/2 size smaller.

This is a gorgeous, casual-yet-elegant shoe, but believe the reviewers who say it pops up in back. This makes what should otherwise be a comfortable shoe a rather uncomfortable choice. To walk in these is to totter in fear of falling flat on your face. Even with thin orthotic insoles, I still find it to be a problem. I considered returning them for a smaller size, but size doesn't seem to be the issue as the 6-1/2 (my regular size) is already form-fitting. In fact, the shoes feel just fine when I first put them on; the problem only became apparent after I wore them awhile. By then, they have been worn outdoors and cannot go back. (I have found this to be an issue whenever buying shoes online; sometimes a problem is not obvious until you've worn a pair of shoes in "real life" for a few days, and then they cannot be returned.)

Classic style, shoe was still comfortable after standing and walking over 8 hours. Initially had to exchange for 1/2 size smaller. This was my first Ros Hommerson purchase so not sure if all styles run large.

These are by far the best, most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have a narrow foot and they fit perfectly. I like the footbed because they can be worn without nylons and not stick to your feet. They are fashionable. I would love them in a nude color. Great, fantastic shoe!!!
