Finally a pair of boots that really fit in foot width! I have a very wide foot and had ordered 3 pairs of tall boots online and had to send all of them back as they were just not wide enough. I like comfort and usually wear Birkenstocks but like to have some change up and style. These fit and are comfortable. I did buy Dr. Scholl's inserts since I am a teacher in a big school and do a lot of standing and walking.I got a regular shaft and they zip up easily with plenty of room to tuck in jeans. I am average in size and didn't need wider shafts and these seem roomy for the calf size. There is extra elastic if you do need more room. A few buttons unhook but no worries as I just rehook them. The leather is nice and I have gotten many compliments. I am finally a happy stylish boot wearer!

Iam not a stranger to Ros Hommerson footwear. Always true to size and comfortable. with wide feet, I have lots of experience in uncomfortable fitting shoes. I am happy to say that their shoes have never let me down. This half-boot,in particular, is sexy with its sweetheart top and lace up shaft. The simple string bow makes it just girly enough. The slight heel gives me a little extra height but doesn't make me feel like I am walking on stilts. All this and comfortable, too! I walked for hours in them with no discomfort whatsoever and found more than a few heads turn when I passed by! That was a bonus. I would most definitely recommend them to a friend and I will undoubtedly purchase this brand again.
Wears this shoe: To work, for around town and for special occasions.

Some years ago though I discovered that virtually any style Ros Hommerson shoe fits me, and that the sizing across all styles is consistent. So when I decided it was time to add a pair of boots to my wardrobe, I looked no further than Ros Hommerson, and was not disappointed that this particular boot was stylish, attractive, and fit comfortably! The equestrienne detail of the silver buckle adds a nice touch too!
