These need to be broken in. The top of the tongue dug into the top of my foot out of the box, but once they loosened up they felt good. I wear these with jeans and they look great. They are not big and clunky and feel more like a shoe compared to other boots I have. These will take a good polishing and shine if you want them to.

This is the first time I have been able to find real leather 3/4 dress/shoes for duty that don't look like street boots. With a little KIWI and cloth they shine up well. Well built shoe that lights weight and a great sole that should last longer than the typical patten leather.

Bought the extra-wide and returning them. I'm an easy EE wide fit, but these are way off Length seemed to be OK. Materials, workmanship, and finish were excellent. Would buy the boot if it was wider.

Bought the shoe because I need a nice shineworthy comfortable shoe for work in the office. This is a nicely made shoe, and it looks very nice, but I have a bad left foot and the very thick soles make break-in very difficult. . Twenty years ago this would not have been a problem.....but today......!! I'll have to return them. And they were just what I was looking for

Very comfortable right out of the box, looks pretty good too, seems to be of good quality, have not found any negatives yet but I have only worn them 5 or 6 times.
