After 10 long hard years on my first pair of Rocky duty boots(Black Pro Hunter with thinsulate 14w), it was time for a new pair. I was unable to find the exact replacement so I read a lot of reviews and narrowed it down to two choosing the front zip paratrooper. So far, so good!! I am very happy with the front zip, other than having to really work on tightening the zipper in, it works great. The boot feels good out of the box and I have had many comments on their appearance. All positive. I work as and EMT and a Sheriffs Deputy so the boots get a workout. They have stood up fantastic for the first month of use. They were sized true to what I expected and I felt the cost was fair for the product.
