I bought this shoe because it was advertised as "airport friendly" and I'm a flight attendant. I was looking for a shoe that would not set off the magnetometer at security checkpoints. I like the shoes, but I have to take them off because they DO contain metal. I was disappointed.

I use a brace on my right foot. The width wide was perfect, just by removing the inner sole. They are light and very supportive, wish they had them in brown.

I like the look of the Mary Janes. I also like the adjustable velcro strap it has. The reason I bought it was it has low (no) heel, and I started a new job where I was on my feet all day. I am not allowed to wear tennis shoes, so I thought this would be just for me. I wear heavier socks so the 7.5 shoe I bought seemed tight. I think the size may run about a .5 size smaller that what I normally wear. I bought 2 pairs initially and am keeping one. I hope they will eventually stretch out to be more comfortable.Overall I really like the look of the shoe & they are reasonably comfortable. Rockport is a good name and I am sure they will last for a long time for me.

I walked for 2 weeks through Europe with these shoes. More comfortable than tennis shoe. This is my second pair of Rockport work shoes love how they feel.
