Great shoe. Fit like a glove the first time and wore like a comfortable old tennis shoe. I bought it for the slip resistance and the shoe does a great job. I am an airline pilot and preflight the aircraft in all kinds of weather and ramp conditions. The shoe has not slipped once in slick conditions.

Contrary to the item description, the collars are not padded and can cause heel blisters. This is the first time I have been disappointed by the Rockport brand, and hope that the experience is unique to this model.
