I like the shoes that I bought. Over the past few years, I have had four (4) pairs of the World Tour Classics (three brown pair and one black pair.) These shoes are so comfortable that I don't wear many other shoes. Because of my age I don't like to wear leather soled shoes anymore. These shoes never have to be "broken in", they are comfortable the first time I put them on.

Finding the correct size

This order was to replace an earlier pair that I loved. My problem was getting the correct size. I think walking shoes perhaps need to be a larger size than regular shoes. My regular dress shoes are 10 1/2 D. I ordered 11 W, but found it was too short for one foot. Ordered 11 1/2 W, but found it too wide. Finally, ordered 11 1/2 M, and kept them. I feel like Goldilocks and the three bears, but it may be my feet are different sizes also.

Hard and Uncomfortable

I have been wearing Rockport walking shoes for 20 years. In recent attempts to order more, however, I have found that the newer ones usually don't come in narrow widths. This pair, which did come in narrow, were so uncomfortable that they actually hurt my feet after less than an hour of wear.
