The Hydro-Shield construction helps to keep your feet dry. This shoe features a padded collar and tongue. This helps to prevent blisters and lace bruising. The EVA footbed features a kinetic air circulator. This allows for personalized cushioning and patented active air-circulating technology. The Fiberlon shank is lightweight and delivers midfoot support. The full-grain leather upper is easy to clean and maintain.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 9 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 9.

This is my second pair of Rockport Northfields. The first pair which I bought 4 years ago, I wore to death. They performed well looked great until the last few months, which is why I re-purchased this model again. This shoe fits well ( I have a narrow foot), is VERY comfortable and is very durable. I just wish Rockport offered more size and width availability in more of their other models.
Wears this shoe: Daily, daily with casual dress wear as well as jeans.

I have worn another Rockport shoe for 3 years at work where I walk a lot! This shoe never got uncomfortable and the new ones seem like they are going to be the same. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who is on their feet all day.
