A very comfortable shoe; the foam insert cushions beautifully and the arch support in the tread makes this more stable than other Rockports I tried. Hate to use an old cliche but this does feel like walking on air. Air will circulate well as the shoe has perforations on the face of the shoe. I would expect it to wear well. The rubber toe-kick will keep scuffs at bay for a while. The back ankle support could be a little more firm as I noticed it sagging before I put them on. Looks sharp as well, a nice change from the standard sneaker or boot. A bit like a vintage sportshoe if you like.
