The lace toggle provides a snug fit and a one of a kind look. This loafer works for both outdoor adventure and for casual wear. The EVA DMX® footbed uses a multi padded design to reduce foot fatigue as part of the comfort-enhancing Dynamic Suspension® air-cushion system. A durable rubber sole provides excellent traction on a variety of surfaces.

These Rockport's run large so order 1/2 size down, otherwise this shoe is terrific. Not high fashion but not cloddy either. I wear orthotics and have a wide fore foot so need a wide tow box, very comfortable and supportive, wear at work and all day shopping. The tie adjusts so that you are secure in the shoe without slippage. This is my 2nd pair of washable leather Rockports, I love the washable leather since it makes a good rain shoe.
