I bought this shoe for work to compliment a business casual look (khakis and a button-down or polo) and they work perfectly. I'm usually on my feet all day and with these, by the end of the day, my feet still feel great. As with other Rockport shoes I've owned, the Agawam ran 1/2 size larger than I normally purchase. Knowing that, I purchased an 8 rather than 8 1/2 via shoebuy.com and have been very pleased with my purchase.
