My son wears them as shoes/slippers. They are great quality, and don't come off his feet. They also are non-slip. This is my second pair!!

This is a great shoe for babies. The size is true and my son is already wearing them around the house while scooting and crawling. They don't quite fit him yet (his feet don't touch the tip of the shoe yet), but the shoes stay on because of they way the elastic is designed in the back of the shoe where the foot goes in. I love that he will grow into them and that I can get my money's worth because I can use them for the next 6-8 months.
