I originally ordered this shoe in the 12-18 month size for my daughter. She is a very active little girl and was walking very well by 10 months. She wore these shoes almost every single day for the past 3 months. The velcro started to wear out a little sooner than I would have liked, but she started to outgrow them at about the same time. If the velcro had held up the whole time, I would have given 5 stars. Even so, we just ordered her the same shoe in a larger size because they are so cute and so easy for her to walk in!

These shoes were long enough, but darned near impossible to get on. The velcro opening that doesn't open the whole shoe, combined with the elastic goring that doesn't stretch much makes for an impossible fit. Such a shame, because they are really cute.

I love these shoes for my daughter! We are huge fans of Rileyroos and these were just the perfect girly shoes for her. This sizing is a little tricky because they are an age range based size, but I would say the starting size for these is about a 6, which is a bit large looking on her at the time, but the 12-18 month size is not long enough for her.
Wears this shoe: casual, dress or just about anywhere !

I came back to purchase new rileyroos for my second daughter. 3 years ago, My first daughter wore out both her pairs, they lasted and were great quality. These Mary janes, very disappointing. First thing I noticed was a horrible chemically smelling stench when I opened the shoe box, the fabric was a little flimsy looking and the stitching that attaches the sole to the shoe was a joke, uneven and wide apart stitches. Thinner linlift fell out, and that's when I noticed the mark change in quality 3 years later. They wouldn't last a month I think. I am returning them. It's a shame they were cute.

I thought these shoes were super cute and was excited to get them. My daughter wears a 5.5 in Stride Rite shoes so I figured if I ordered her the 18-24 months (which says 6.5-7) that they would be a little big and last a while. The width is fine, but the shoe is small! Her toe is right on the edge. I wish there was a size bigger because I really want these shoes!!!
