I had try them on. On my left slipper it seem that there is something hard in it that maybe should be there.But the right one is fine. So i don't no.

Super comfy and great outdoor sole but every time I remove my feet I smell a strong strange odor. If I wear socks it lingers there too. Even still I'd recommend them.
