  • Good shoes for long distance walking September 05, 2012

I use these shoes to walk great lengths everyday and they are really comfortable no matter how long you wear them. It's got some foot arch support which is just what you need and the shoe design looks awesome.

This shoes gives you a smooth ride with minimal heel pounding. It has an energetic bounce. The first time I wore these shoes was in a race (no-no) but I loved them and set a personal record. I ran far faster than I thought I would. Unlike when I wear most shoes, my shins were not screaming afterwards. On longer runs (8-10 miles) they start to feel awkward because my foot starts digging in to the insides of them. For shorter runs I don't notice it. I have the orange/gray ones. They get a lot of attention.

We purchased this shoe before you made us aware that you had our size, but will NEVER purchase another pair. Within 2 days of my son wearing them their were tears in the thin mesh panels along the sides of the shoes. He did nothing to provoke the tears. All he did was wear the shoes to school. For $99 I would expect better quality than that. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone.
