Unfortunately, I had to place heel cushions in my left shoe for there was a hard spot in that area of the shoe that made the back of my heel sore. Once I did that the shoe was fine.

Shoe Size: Felt full size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
I ordered the shoes 1 size bigger than my normal and found that they are still smaller than expected and are very tight across the start of the lace area. I am trying to wear them every day hoping they will stretch out and become more comfortable.
