In neutral pronation, the outside of the heel strikes the ground first and the foot rolls slightly. A five to fifteen percent inward rolling is considered normal or neutral. I work in a factory. Where I am standing and walking 10-12 hrs a day my feet swell and hurt. After, getting these my feet and legs do not hurt half as much. Although, my feet still swell, there is plenty room. LOVE!

As far as the size and shoe color are concerned it was as advertised.The quality on the other hand was a disappointment.I have worn the shoe for one week and it has split at the reebok label on the right shoe.
