Naturalizer Pengo
Pengo Black Leather, 10M -- Nice, with caveats...
April 02, 2013
Reviewer: Anonymous from PNW
Purchased black Pengo in both 10 Med and 10 Wide."Problem" feet with bunion and ridiculous edema (ankle and feet swelling), so slides are often good style choices. That said, returned 10 Med, kept the 10 Wide, though the fit is still slightly roomy/loose on the top of the foot (toward the ankle). The 10 Med pinched toes and was uncomfortable on bunion (poked out of side cross-over opening; constricted+painful over time). Hoping the Wide does not become overstretched or too loose with wear. Likes: Simplicity of style, conservative toe cleavage, moderate heel height (slightly higher than normal)Dislikes: Suede wedge, bronze/orange vs. tan coloring of wedge (hope to dye black), bronze metallic foot bed (why not black to match sandal...?!)Quality: Fine. (Thankfully, Naturalizer is moving away from their overtly visible, contrast "saddle-stitch" detailing style on many of their sandals! So, IMPO, dated, frumpy, tacky, hideous...)Wish... Wedge was black leather/woven fabric with a black "heel guard;" all shoes were offered in a size 10 1/4" length and a Medium and a half width -- maybe when women design/engineer/produce shoes!

Aerosoles Duble Down
ugly and uncomfortable

Feels like they will fall off, pinches top of toe (like it will ruin your toenail polish), and looks like cheap plastic. Aerosoles quality continues to go down hill and there are so many other better brands.

Annie Marlene
Very Wide

Reviewer: April from Citrus Heights, CA
I have always worn a 7 1/2 medium. This shoe was sooo wide that my foot slid out the front! I ordered them for a special occasion this Saturday, but won't be able to tell you if they were comfortable or not, because I had to return them.

Jambu Touring Too
Best walking shoe
March 18, 2013
Reviewer: redsoxfan from Branford, CT
I don't like touring in loafer/athletic style shoes, so I purchased these for a trip to Calif. where we would be doing a lot of walking. Perfect! Right out of the box to the airport--easy off and on getting through security--through the whole week. I have worn them all winter even here in snowy CT and--I can't believe I'm saying this--with socks! I came back for another pair, but none left in my size. Highly recommend.
Wears this shoe: all the time, going to NYC, shopping, errands

Nice sandal. Different than any others I have and they adjust multiple ways. Comfortable for walking too.
