The three-part biomechanical outsole with an EVA midsole and two density rubber outsole is easily modifiable. A soft and breathable foam lining with wicking action keeps feet dry while a slip-resistant sole keeps them upright.
Tribeca has additional depth to accommodate custom orthotics and a 1/2 inch heel. Added comfort is provided by a superior fitting pillow back as well as the Poron metatarsal and heel strike zones built into the insole to soften every impact. It features the P.W. I bought this boot so it would look stylish with jeans and yet comfortable to use my orthodics. It works for both. Feels good and looks great!! This is my 4th pair of P.w. Minor shoes. They all fit well and wear well!

These are pretty, well made boots. But what I like the best about them is that my feet feel good when I wear them. I wear orthotics, and my feet hurt a lot of the time. I wore them to photograph a 7 hour wedding, and my feet were still OK after all the slogging around carrying camera equipment.I wish the heel wasn't quite so wide, but it doesn't affect the foot bed--that is still great. 5*s!

P W Minor has a reputation for creating shoes that give support through solid construction and that are attractive. Many styles will accommodate AFO's (braces).I ordered the same size boot that I wore before I used AFOs.I could get my foot in and out of the boot with little difficulty. This is a nice looking boot.The boots accommodated AFO's on the left and right foot.They are waterproof and sturdy.I wear them if I have to walk on uneven ground and they do lend support.However, the leather is too stiff to mold around the AFOs and the boots are heavy to someone who has compromised used of their legs and feet. For my purposes, they serve a rather limited function.I cannot wear them for over two hours without causing soreness to my left hip and pressure points on my feet and ankles.The same design in a softer leather made from lightweight materials would be awesome! Just right! For those regular shoppers who just want a stylish looking ankle boot that gets the job done, this boot would be a good fit.The boots look really good with jeans and casual wear.

This is my second pair of these P.W. Minor, wide width, waterproof shoes. I use them as boots in the winter, but I wear them all year round. I had a foot reconstructed and need a shoe with enough depth to provide space for my orthotics but does not press on the top of my foot. I also need support for my ankle. These shoes wear better and are more comfortable than my tennis shoes. The shoes polish to a beautiful shine and looked as good at four month as they did new. They are very well constructed and the quality of the leather is excellent. They are much more professional looking than tennis shoes. They are definitely waterproof. I am retiring my first pair to be gardening shoes.
