The Performance Walker is a sharp sneaker featuring a long medial counter and a slip-resistant sole. It is pedorthically designed and has a dual density rubber and EVA outsole with a thermo-plastic urethane torsion control bar designed for mid-foot stability.
The Performance Walker also features a brushed tricot lining with moisture wicking action and a permanent insole with Poron foam heel and metatarsal strike zones for added comfort.
This style has been approved for Medicare Billing code A5500.

I bought this shoe becuse I have neuropathy. I had arches made that just did not fit well in other shoes. These shoes are great just remember if you are a narrow witdth with an arch you paobably go up to a medium with and keep your same size shoe.

I have a charcot joint in my left foot and have to wear deep insoles with my shoes. The Performance Walker fits the bill. They look like regular shoes, and I don't feel self-conscious about wearing them. They fit perfectly. While I am retired, I am on my feet for much of the day doing many different things. At the end of the day, my feet never hurt.

I love this shoe. It is very comfortable and fits well. I like the all white look and wear this shoe almost everywhere. This is my second pair as I wore out my first pair. They wear very well and last and keep their shape. I am a true fan.
