Product Description (Women's P.W. Minor Central Park)
Finally, the shoes you have to wear are the shoes you want to wear! The Smart Casual Collection is the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.
Central Park has a number of great features to suit your needs. A long, firm inside counter maximizes arch support and provides rear foot control while a full length 3/16 inch removable inlay provides added comfort. Beautiful full grain leather uppers and attractive stitching accent the stylish design.
The three-part biomechanical outsole with an EVA midsole and two density rubber outsole is easily modifiable. A soft and breathable foam lining with wicking action keeps feet dry while a slip-resistant sole keeps them upright.
Central Park has additional depth to accommodate custom orthotics and a 1/2 inch heel. Added comfort is provided by a superior fitting pillow back as well as the Poron metatarsal and heel strike zones built into the insole to soften every impact. It features the P.W. Minor footbed system. This style has been approved for Medicare Billing Code A5500.

What a nice shoe to put on and be able to wear it the rest of the day. I have been wearing it ever since too. The style lends itself to everyday wear but also could be worn to work. I use orthotics so the fit and comfort has been wonderful. Wish there were more colors to choose from.

New to orthotics and did not know shoes designed for orthotics are so clunky. I ordered four pairs of shoes and the Central Park shoe was the only pair that I kept. I have only worn the shoes twice, but they seem to be ok.

I bought these for my sister who absolutely loves them. They provide a lot of support and are deep enough for her orthotics.

I love the P.W. Minor brand as I have rheumatoid arthritis, and they give me such good support. These are really comfortable, didn't require any break-in time, and look great with slacks or jeans. You won't be sorry you purchased them.

Typical of PW Minor shoes, the sizing is very inaccurate, and inconsistent. I first ordered the Central Park 6.5 2W, which was more like a 7 D. Then I ordered a 6 2W, which was more like a 6.5 D. Then I got a 6 3W, which was 1/2" longer than the 6 2W (!!!???). So could have gone down to a 5.5 3W, but it isn't available. The toe box is not square, so if you have wide feet, you'll need to go up at least one width. The shoe is moderately supportive, can accommodate orthotics. The leather exterior seems delicate. But the sole seems decent, & supportive. Ok for some walking. Fabric-lined inside.
