I wanted a quality, multi-purpose shell for spring with room to layer underneath as needed. This jacket fills the need just right. I recommend ordering up a size if you want a roomier fit (I usually wear a M and bought a L). The color (orange spice) is bright but not obnoxious. The material is a little noisy (swishy, crinkly) but, man, does it block the wind!
