| | About Neutral Pronation: |
|---|
| | | Neutral pronation is the natural rolling motion of the foot as it flexes and rolls with each step to help absorb the shock more effectively while allowing the foot and ankle to properly support the body. In neutral pronation, the outside of the heel strikes the ground first and the foot rolls slightly. A five to fifteen percent inward rolling is considered normal or neutral. People with normal arches tend to have neutral pronation. |

Saucony Grid Cohesion 6
Good Shoe
March 19, 2013
Reviewer: Pumabird from Los Angeles, CA
I am hard on shoes. I bought this shoe because I liked the previous versions. It is probably one of the best priced shoes on the market. The new shoe is not as sturdy as the previous ones. I would wear the '5' for a marathon but not the '6'.

Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3
Love this shoe

I was running with the Kinvara 2's and had great results. I went to a pro running store and got fit with a stability shoe which ended up giving me blisters and shin splints. I found the Kinvara 3s and am happy to be back to my normal routine. They fit great are super lightweight and the color is so cool. I saved about $30 buying online at Shoebuy also.

Saucony ProGrid Ride 5
Bad squeak
March 07, 2013
Reviewer: Jill H from New England
This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and it has done wonders for my plantar fasciitis, but both pair that I have purchased developed a really annoying squeak in the sole almost exactly 3 months after starting to wear them. Both shoes in each pair developed the squeak within a couple of days of each other, so it is obviously some sore of defect or weakness in manufacture. This is not what I expected! I have owned many pairs of Saucony shoes, and have never experienced a problem like this before. I will be trying a different model--hope the same thing doesn't happen with them!
