I got these shoes because I thought it'd be fun to learn how to use them and to cruise about like a kid again! (I loved my roller blades as a kid) The first thing I noticed is that they seemed a bit shallow. The area around the ankle doesnt come up as far as normal shoes, so it feels awkward in that sense. I am getting used to it though. The size was way bigger than I expected. I didnt want to have to spend double to return them and have a smaller size sent out, so I have used padding strips to help stop my foot coming out of the heel.I love how they look and the 'heeling' around is fun!
