I purchased these shoes to wear casually with my black athletic apparell. As a runner, I would not recommend these shoes for running because of the weight or comfort. I use them as casual around the house or out running errands. The left shoe feels tighter than the right and overall they are not a flexable shoe neither through the top or sole.

This shoe has a pretty surprising amount of padding in the footbed. Yet it still has the low-to-the-ground profile (unlike say running shoes). I wear them when I know I'll be walking a lot.
